Job Description
We’re expanding our sales presence in Kalamazoo and across our partner offices, and we’re hiring competitive, coachable producers who want uncapped earning potential and a team that actually trains. This role comes with a base pay + commission and bonus, realistic annual earnings $50k+. With Warm leads and live calls provided.
This role is built for people who thrive in a performance-driven environment—where effort, discipline, and follow-through translate into results. You’ll be given a proven sales process, daily coaching, scripts, and systems. In return, we expect strong communication, consistency, and the ability to take coaching and execute.
This role is selective. We’re hiring a limited number of producers. Applicants must complete the assessment and demonstrate strong follow-through to be considered.
Licensing is required. If you are not already licensed, you must be able to obtain your Michigan insurance license within 2 weeks of hire (we cover expenses). Already licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Handle inbound and outbound leads and run a consistent sales process (calls, texts, follow-up).
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance (auto/home) and confidently bundle households.
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline tracking in the CRM (follow-up is non-negotiable).
- Attend daily sales training, roleplay, and coaching—apply feedback immediately.
- Hit weekly activity goals and monthly production targets through disciplined execution.
- Educate prospects clearly, overcome objections professionally, and close with confidence.
- Protect lead spend by working leads efficiently, following the process, and using time wisely.
- Work as part of a team—bring energy, accountability, and a strong standard of professionalism every day.
- Must be able to obtain Michigan insurance licensing within 2 weeks of hire (or already licensed).
- Coachable, structured, and able to follow a proven process daily.
- Strong communication skills—confident, outgoing, and persuasive without being pushy.
- Reliable and consistent: shows up on time, manages tasks, and follows through.
- Comfortable in a performance-based role with clear expectations, metrics, and accountability.
- Competitive mindset and motivated by measurable goals.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
- High integrity—insurance is regulated and requires accurate, compliant conversations.
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate discipline, competitiveness, and a track record of learning fast.
