Position: Sales Representative I, Spine - Kalamazoo, MI

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, manage, and track consignments and loaner inventory
  • Provide territory case coverage and manage accounts within the assigned region
  • Aggressively solicit orders from current and prospective customers for assigned products
  • Prepare and submit required call reports and maintain up-to-date customer records
  • Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 4 years of sales experience including 2 years of medical sales; or
  • High School Diploma or GED AND 2 years of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; or
  • Associate Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of sales experience; or
  • Associate Degree AND 1 year of Medtronic Neuroscience Clinical Specialist experience plus 2 years of prior clinical/sales experience; or
  • Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an operating room setting
  • Flexibility in accommodating a varied work schedule
  • Experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Operating Room settings
