2nd Shift Unarmed Security Officer (Graphic Packaging Kalamazoo Michigan)

Kalamazoo, MI, United States of America

$17.00 per hour

• 2nd Shift 3:30pm-11:30pm

• Ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel
• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, including providing first aid if necessary
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or issues
• Enforce usage of PPE equipment at all times on the production floor
• Maintain accurate records

• Strong computer knowledge and skills
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation
• Experience in loss prevention or security management
• Ability to handle conflict situations effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong observation skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
