Michigan Licensed Service Electrician

STRUCTURE RESOURCES is seeking a Michigan Licensed Service Electrician to immediately place/hire a key team member to help drive the growth of the Service Division in Michigan. This role will likely be focused on business in the greater Kalamazoo, MI area.

• Target compensation is $33-$37+/hr. (Dependent on experience and skill set)

• Must have a current Michigan Journeyman License.
• Must have commercial and industrial electrical service installation and repair experience.
• Must be able to troubleshoot control wiring from schematics.
• Must have experience working with motors and service generators.
• Must have knowledge of NEC code.
• Must be able to read project and construction documents.
• Must have experience with and be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office software.
• Must be able to represent the organization professionally through behavior and actions.
• Must be comfortable working face-to-face with customers.
• Must be committed to following established safety protocols which will include wearing appropriate PPE.
• Must perform all work within an established time frame and ensure that work is done in conformance with quality work standards and projected man-hours following established Company guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug screening.
• Must have a current valid drivers license.
• You will cover a service area within a 1 ½ hour commute radius
• Any strong business contacts/relationships that can assist with the team’s growth are a significant plus.
