• Supervise a crew of up to 6 workers
• Installation of sheet metal duct and related equipment from start to finish
• Understand plans, specifications and scopes of work, layout and measuring of duct systems
• Experience with installation of commercial HVAC Systems, including AHUs, RTUs, knowledge of RTU's, fans, and related components
• Problem solving with minimal supervision
• Ordering materials/duct fabrication lists
• Participate in coordination meetings
• Meet construction schedules/deadlines
• Complete scheduling lookaheads, and provide progress report documentation
• Follow and adhere to safety rules and regulations appropriate to various projects
• Operate various power and hand tools as needed
• Pre-plan and order materials for the crew
• Maximize profitability through thoughtful purchasing and logistics
• Organize project documentation, jobsite materials, company tools and truck stock
• Train apprentices
• Operate scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 5 Years field experience
• Experience in construction project planning
• Must be punctual, self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess a positive attitude
• Able to read and understand installation, operation manuals, and specifications to ensure proper installation and function of systems
• Familiar with commercial and industrial equipment
• Must be reliable, efficient, & determined
• Safety trained and safety conscious
• Exceptional work ethic
