Field Service Technician

We are looking for Field Service Technicians. The Field Service technicians are responsible for completing service tickets in a designated territory. Preferred candidate background experience includes Plumbing, Pipe Replacement, Toilet/Urinal Installation, Soldering, General Maintenance, HVAC, Framing, Drywall Patching, Painting, Flooring Installation, Tile Work, Doors& Frames, Experience with a Multimeter, Etc. These are effectively general maintenance positions, but the expectation is that candidates have a broad set of skillsets.

Candidates need to have proficient computer (Microsoft 360) and mobile phone skills (Preferably iOS and Android).

• Ensure that changes and problems get documented and communicated.
• Carry out assigned tasks and work orders with minimum direct supervision.
• Communicate with the office team and FOMs on open issues and progress of work assigned to oneself
• Successful execution of assigned programs/work orders as they relate to cost, quality, timing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
• Effectively document and communicate work required and executed out in the field.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call availability.

Normal service availability hours are 7:00am-6:00pm, before or after that is paid out at a 20% premium. There is rotational on-call.

The company does not provide work trucks -- they do provide $0.50/mile reimbursement. Need to have their own reliable form of transportation.
