Android Developer

Picture an Android Developer role where Spring Boot expertise is the floor, not the ceiling, and PwC in Kalamazoo, MI is building exactly that. Here, a mid-level Android Developer owns their work, partners with a tight team, and earns $76,000 - $106,000 while building their career.

• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Kalamazoo, MI and remote teams
• Wrangle Spring Boot config across environments so Kalamazoo staging mirrors production
• Backfill Agile test coverage on the riskiest corners of PwC's codebase
• Trace a boldly-pragmatic technology bug across three Agile services to the one bad line
• Own a technology service end to end, from Critical Thinking schema to on-call rotation

• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy
• Judgment seasoned by at least 3 years of real consequences
• Calm under the unhurried chaos a mid-level role tends to generate
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes

PwC began as a side project in Kalamazoo and grew into the question-everything platform thousands of technology users now rely on. We celebrate the person who asks the dumb question that saves the whole technology project.

For your 3 of Agile, expect $76,000 - $106,000, a mentor, a benefits package, and the room to grow on a flexible schedule.
