Soccer Shots (the official two to five-year-old program of US Youth Soccer) is seeking dynamic early childhood instructors to grow our team in the Kalamazoo, Portage, and Battle Creek areas.

As the #1 Children’s Fitness franchise in the country, we prioritize passionate instructors dedicated to making a positive impact on children’s confidence on and off the field. We operate in preschools, day cares, community centers, and public spaces, offering classes Monday-Thursday mornings and afternoons, as well as Saturday mornings, year-round. Typical session times are:

• Morning: 8:30 am - 12 pm
• Afternoon: 3:30 pm - 6:45 pm

The ideal coach must meet the following criteria:

• Responsible: Punctual, capable of managing groups of 10+ children, maintaining accurate attendance, and communicating effectively with the Soccer Shots director.
• Professional: Neat appearance, friendly, courteous, self-assured, and able to interact well with staff and parents.
• Enthusiastic: Enjoys engaging with children aged 2-8, outgoing, animated, and able to connect with kids on their level. Experience with children is required.
• Soccer experience: Not necessary but a plus.
• Transportation: Own reliable transportation, valid license, and insurance.
• Equipment: Daily access to a computer, printer, and internet.
