As a warehouse picker/packaging pro, you are the one making sure the right auto part reaches the right customer, packed clean, labeled correctly, and documented down to the last detail. One moment you are handling a small bracket, the next a full car door. You will photograph parts, log them in the system, and keep pace with daily packing goals.

This operation in Kalamazoo supports a long‑standing automotive parts distribution business serving repair shops and customers nationwide. The facility focuses on accuracy, speed, and careful handling of inventory, with steady warehouse volume and clear processes that keep orders moving out the door.

Your day includes picking auto parts of various sizes, packaging items to exact specifications, photographing parts, entering details into the warehouse system, meeting packing rate expectations, and helping with general warehouse tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

• $17–$18 per hour based on experience
• 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 7:00 am–3:30 pm

• Eligible for permanent hire after 500 hours with strong performance, attitude, and attendance (not guaranteed; some roles are seasonal)

• Ability to lift and handle auto parts ranging from small components to large body panels
