- Full‑time schedule:
Monday – Friday - Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

- Receive and perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards; document work performed.
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform needed repairs.
- Communicate with various staff regarding parts, additional or removed work, and deadline constraints.
- Save and tag parts needed for warranty.
- Attend factory training programs and video and/or internet training in‑house as requested.
- Road‑test vehicles to check work performed and record mileage‑out on repair orders.
- Ensure customers’ cars are kept clean, using floor mats and seat protection.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workstation, picking up rags and other debris.
- Be a part of a fast‑paced, motivated team.
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational training or job‑related coursework (required).
- Two years of experience in a dealership position (preferred).
- Obtain and maintain ASE Certification within 4 years or per management’s discretion.
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
- Strong organizational skills and patience.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- Possess good reading and writing skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal/written) with teams from all departments.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license.
- A willingness to learn and grow.
