• Flat Rate $60,000 – $100,000 Monthly (DOE)

  Monday – Friday

• Receive and perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards; document work performed.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform needed repairs.
• Communicate with various staff regarding parts, additional or removed work, and deadline constraints.
• Save and tag parts needed for warranty.
• Attend factory training programs and video and/or internet training in‑house as requested.
• Road‑test vehicles to check work performed and record mileage‑out on repair orders.
• Ensure customers’ cars are kept clean, using floor mats and seat protection.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workstation, picking up rags and other debris.
• Be a part of a fast‑paced, motivated team.

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training or job‑related coursework (required).
• Two years of experience in a dealership position (preferred).
• Obtain and maintain ASE Certification within 4 years or per management’s discretion.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Strong organizational skills and patience.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
• Work well under pressure.
• Possess good reading and writing skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal/written) with teams from all departments.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A willingness to learn and grow.
