• Coordinate all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality.
• Good understanding of trench excavation, guidelines and safety.
• Perform work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors.
• Daily coordination with team members, sub-contractors, trucking and suppliers.
• Utilization of HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, use of production reports and daily timecards.
• Ability to communicate with project managers/estimators and engineers as needed.

• 5 years excavation and grading construction.
• Valid driver’s license; a CDL is preferred.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Assure all safety procedures are followed.
• Ability to work flexible shifts which include days, nights, and some weekends.
• Must pass a pre employment drug screening and background check.
