Sr. Project Architect

• Serve as the primary consultant and secondary client liaison to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Provide overall project design and development process to ensure construction documents conform with client agreements.
• Generate technical documents for projects of varying size and scope.
• Ensure quality control on all deliverables.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Represent A&E Design in all client communications throughout all stages.
• Schedule, attend, and record meetings with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Maintain constant updates on project completion, including schedule and billing milestones.
• Strive to innovate, learn, and improve, never settling for the status quo.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture; master’s degree preferred.
• Architectural licensure preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience.
• Experience guiding architecture and interior design projects, with a clear understanding of client needs and proven ability to execute a project scope within budget and timeline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and Newforma.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication with clients, project teams, supervisors, and executives.
• Positive, nimble, and flexible working in a creative team environment.
• Familiarity with PSMJ project management practices a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, or hold a work visa.
