• Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Palliative Medicine Physician
• Join a comprehensive team providing inpatient and outpatient care
• Role includes:
  • Inpatient palliative medicine consultations and inpatient hospice
  • Outpatient palliative medicine clinic
  • Telemedicine services
  • Hospice medical directorship
  • Long-term and acute skilled nursing facility care
  • Resident supervision (based on experience and interest)
