BIM Technician

Overview

We are seeking a BIM Technician to join our team and support the implementation of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Revit across projects. The ideal candidate will assist with project setup, provide day-to-day support to staff using Revit and ACC, and utilize Revizto for clash detection and coordination. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, including hands-on exposure to MEP design and supporting engineers in the development of construction documents.

Location:

Kalispell, MT. Salary range: $60,000 - $100,000 annually.

• BIM Modeling Assistance
• Set up projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for internal teams and external collaborators
• Provide technical support and training for staff using Revit and ACC
• Utilize Revizto for clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination workflows
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements
• Assist engineers with the development of design documents and construction drawings
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices

• Associate degree in Drafting/Design Technology or related field preferred (not required with relevant experience)
• Experience using Autodesk Revit is required
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or Revizto is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Interest in learning and supporting MEP engineering design processes
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• A detail-oriented mindset and the capacity to efficiently manage data
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team
