- Our headquarters office is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will be responsible for all accounting and financial processes in the financial reporting and budgeting cycle for Recovery Centers of Montana (RCM).
- This position requires expertise in the financial life cycle of a healthcare business including revenue cycle management, planning, reporting, and accounting.

- Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions.
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
- Coordinating and preparing internl and external financial statements.
- Coordinating activities of external auditors.
- Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process.
- Managing the budget process.
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes.
- Evaluating accounting and internal control systems.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed.
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics.
- Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance.
- Hiring, training, and retaining skilled accounting staff.
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA), certified management accountant (CMA), and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of Accounting and Finance experience required.
- Accounting and/or finance experience in a healthcare setting.
- Deep knowledge of all aspects of GAAP.
- Dedication to completing challenging tasks in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Fanatical attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, but communicate and elevate problems appropriately.
- Solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
