** What You’ll Do
*** Perform skilled evaluations and deliver individualized speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventions
* Create and update patient-centered treatment plans
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support exceptional outcomes
* Complete clear, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards
* Contribute to departmental initiatives and maintain productivity expectations
** What We’re Looking For
*** Montana SLP license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
* CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
* Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Previous SLP experience preferred, but
** new graduates are encouraged to apply
*** Some roles may require driving; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
