Position Summary:
  • Provide specialized physical therapy services in an outpatient setting, focusing on orthopedic, sports, or pelvic floor therapy.
  • Create and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and medical professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Build relationships with staff and the community to expand outreach and support networks.
  • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR system for documentation, reporting, and data collection.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and insurance-based regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Current state licensure for the practice of physical therapy.
  • Specialty training or certification in orthopedic, sports, or pelvic floor therapy is preferred.
