Flathead Valley Reentry Center (FVRC) plays an integral role in shaping the way we deliver structure and accountability while supporting success for residents returning to their community at this first-ever, DOC-owned and operated prerelease center.
Responsibilities- Provide daily transportation for residents to and from employment sites, medical appointments, and other program-approved services.
- Conduct wellness and accountability checks on residents at their places of employment as required.
- Monitor and manage resident check-ins and check-outs in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Perform routine room searches to ensure compliance with facility standards.
- Answer and appropriately route incoming phone calls.
- Staff and manage the front desk, maintaining a professional and secure reception area.
- Assist with general facility operations and perform other duties as assigned to support program objectives.
- High School diploma or equivalency required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
