Logan Health’s Hospice Team seeks a Medical Social Worker (MSW) to serve on a PRN basis in the Flathead Valley. You will collaborate with nurses, chaplains, CNAs, social workers, and the Hospice Medical Director to support patients and families during the end-of-life journey.
You’ll complete psychosocial assessments, connect families with resources, provide compassionate emotional support, and assist with bereavement services, with coverage during vacations and absences.
