Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy data center technologies and manage end-to-end processes.
• Track assets and cabling using standard documentation.
• Monitor and respond to alarms for data center equipment and mechanical/electric plant (MEP).
• Complete change requests and associated tasks as assigned.
• Respond to incident tickets promptly and efficiently.

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 2 – 4 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Change Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate knowledge in your area of specialty.
• Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Capability to work independently.
