Director of Community-Based Services

Immanuel Living is seeking an experienced, motivated, and growth-oriented Director of Community-Based Services to lead and expand our community-based programs throughout the Flathead Valley.

This leadership position oversees Immanuel Direct, which includes Immanuel Living at Home, Moving Services, Maintenance Services, and future community-based programs. The Director will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, overseeing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys building programs, developing teams, and identifying new opportunities to serve individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Provide leadership and strategic direction for all community-based service lines.

Develop and implement business plans focused on growth, financial sustainability, and service expansion.

Identify opportunities to introduce new programs and expand services throughout the Flathead Valley.

Establish measurable goals for revenue, customer acquisition, service utilization, and customer satisfaction.

Lead and support program directors and managers responsible for daily operations.

Marketing & Business Development Develop and execute marketing, sales, and business development strategies to increase awareness and customer demand.

Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior living organizations, real estate professionals, and community partners.

Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities to expand market reach.

Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on advertising, outreach, and promotional initiatives.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.

Operations & Financial Management Oversee the operational and financial performance of Immanuel Living at Home, Moving Services, Maintenance Services, and future programs.

Develop and manage operating budgets, pricing strategies, and financial goals.

Monitor revenue, expenses, productivity, and profitability.

Ensure programs maintain high standards of safety, quality, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

Implement operational improvements that support efficiency and long-term growth.

Team Leadership & Customer Experience Recruit, develop, and support high-performing leaders and employees.

Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Establish customer service standards that reflect Immanuel Living's mission, values, and Immanuel Spirit.

Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance the overall service experience.

Collaborate with organizational leadership to align programs with Immanuel Living's strategic goals.

Qualifications Education Bachelor 's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, Human Services, or a related field required.

Master's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, senior living, home and community-based services, human services, hospitality, or a related service-oriented industry.

Demonstrated experience managing operations, budgets, employees, and customer service.

Experience developing, expanding, or managing service lines or businesses strongly preferred.

Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, or community-based programs preferred.

Experience overseeing multiple business units or service lines highly desirable.
