- In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
- Receives and inspects inbound shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders; verifies quantities and condition before acceptance.
- Updates inventory systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) to record receipts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Performs material handling tasks, including unloading trucks, staging materials, and transferring items to designated storage or production areas.
- Conducts cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy; identifies discrepancies and processes nonconforming material according to established procedures.
- Under direction from management, prevents accumulation of excess or obsolete stock; initiates rework, transfer, or scrap actions as needed.
- Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes safely and in compliance with all safety standards.
- Coordinates internal material flow, ensuring timely delivery to production lines or cleanroom environments.
- May monitor, update, and maintain shortage reports including review of work orders.
- Trains team members on receiving and material handling processes when required.
- Adheres to documented business processes and safety protocols at all times.
- Performs transactions in SAP or other inventory systems.
Employees may be assigned to work in environments with a heavier focus on inventory management activities.
