** Logan Health Medical Center – Kalispell, Montana  
** Shift:
** Variable Shift  | Full-Time – 30 Hours As an
** RN in the Pre-Anesthesia Clinic (LPAC)**, you will play an important role in preparing patients for upcoming procedures and helping ensure they are ready for a safe and successful experience.

This role combines
** clinical assessment, patient education, care coordination, and critical thinking**. You will work closely with patients, providers, and other members of the healthcare team to identify potential concerns, review medications and treatment plans, provide education, and coordinate care before a patient's procedure.

If you are an experienced RN who enjoys building relationships with patients, working collaboratively, and using your clinical knowledge to help patients navigate their care, this could be a great opportunity for you.
** What You'll Do
** In this role, you will:
* Complete comprehensive patient assessments using available clinical information and the patient's individual needs and concerns.
* Develop and update individualized plans of care throughout the patient visit.
* Identify potential safety concerns and help ensure patients are appropriately prepared for their procedure.
* Independently review medication lists and provide medication and treatment education as directed by the physician or advanced practice provider.
* Educate patients and help them understand what to expect before their procedure.
* Coordinate with providers and other members of the healthcare team to support continuity of care.
* Administer medications according to provider orders and established standards.
* Follow department standards of care while individualizing care to meet each patient's needs.
* Participate in education and competency validation for clinical staff.
* Demonstrate professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
** Required Qualifications
*** Current
** Montana RN license
** or a
** multi-state compact RN license
** with authorization to practice nursing in Montana.
* Current
** Healthcare Provider CPR certification**.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage details, and work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
* Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and colleagues.
