Logan Health is seeking an experienced RN to supervise our Outpatient Pediatric Specialty Clinics in Montana!Are you a nursing leader who’s passionate about pediatric care? In this visible and rewarding role, you’ll oversee our clinical team of Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants at our six pediatric specialty clinics in Montana.
You’ll be at the heart of how our clinics run, leading and mentoring staff, optimizing day-to-day workflows, and partnering with leadership on strategic planning and program development. From quality improvement initiatives to clinical process and laboratory processing oversight, you’ll have a direct hand in ensuring our pediatric patients receive exceptional specialty medical care.
Travel and location details:This unique role will be based in Kalispell, MT, in our Children’s Specialty Clinic at 202 Conway Drive. Here you’ll visit and support our three Kalispell clinics:
Children’s Specialty, Peds Hematology/Oncology, and Peds Cardiology within our Heart and Vascular Clinic. In addition, you will also travel approximately 1-2 days a week on a rotating basis to our outreach pediatric specialty clinics in Missoula, Helena, Great Falls, and occasionally Bozeman. (Travel accommodations such as car rental and/or air travel are arranged and paid for by Logan Health).

Qualifications:- Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana, required.
- Minimum of one (1) years’ leadership experience required.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a clinical setting required.
- Pediatric experience is highly preferred.
- Clinic experience desired, but not will consider applicants without this
- RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
- Strong business financial skills. Demonstrated financial and budgetary experience. Knowledge of government and reimbursement regulations, requirements, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Proven ability to take initiative, exercise independent judgment, and proactively problem-solve. Experience maintaining harmonious working relationships and addressing complex and sensitive issues.
- Knowledge of health care administration and continuum of care.
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems including Excel required. Experience in medical software and applications preferred. Possess ability to learn other software as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
