At Logan Health, our Float Pool team is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with daily care needs, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on patient care, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced hospital setting while gaining experience in a variety of departments.

• Weekend Differential: +$2.25/hr NOC Differential: +$5.00/hr

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

• Current Montana CNA certificate
• Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality

• Previous healthcare or hospital experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
