* ** Logan Health is seeking an RN Outpatient Supervisor to lead our team at our Primary Care/Walk-in Clinic located at 1287 Burns Way in scenic Kalispell, MT**.  As our RN Outpatient Supervisor, you’ll balance traditional supervisory responsibilities with hands-on nursing care, working alongside your team while helping staff grow and succeed. This is an opportunity to guide an experienced, cohesive team of RNs and medical assistants, while staying connected to daily patient care.

About our clinic:

Located near the Logan Health Medical Center Campus, our busy Primary Care/Walk-in Clinic cares for more than 60 patients daily, serving patients of all ages through a collaborative team of nurse practitioners, physician assistants, RNs, and medical assistants. Nurses provide triage and hands-on care, including IVs, injections, phlebotomy, catheter care, and point-of-care testing, while supporting procedures, coordinating patient flow, and helping patients access a higher level of care when needed.  

Here's some of what you'll do:  
* Work alongside staff to provide nursing care, room patients, and support daily clinic operations.
* Develop staff through coaching, education, orientation, and ongoing support.
* Coordinate scheduling, assist with hiring and interviewing, and manage staff performance with clear expectations and constructive feedback.
* Improve workflows and support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient service.
* Partner with leadership on planning, program development, and monitoring clinic financial, quality, and operational goals.  
** Who you are****:
*** Have one year of leadership experience in a lead, charge, supervisor, or higher level leadership role
* An approachable, people-oriented leader who builds strong relationships and values excellent customer service.
* A supportive coach who enjoys helping staff build skills, confidence, and independence.
* A clear communicator who balances compassion with accountability, including difficult conversations and performance concerns.
* A flexible, organized RN who can manage competing priorities and readily step into patient care.
* A collaborative leader who listens with humility, welcomes feedback, and helps sustain a positive, supportive team culture.
* Experience in primary care, walk-in, urgent care, or other ambulatory clinic settings is preferred but not required.  What we offer you!
