A state agency is seeking seasonal firefighters to protect wildlands in Montana from wildfire. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and complete a physical performance test known as the 'Pack Test'. The role involves various firefighting duties, including leading crews and ensuring safety standards. Training and safety gear will be provided, and positions generally last from May to September.
