Weekend availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required. You don't have to work all of them, but your presence is needed during our busiest shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial dish machines safely
• Manage safe use of cleaning chemicals
• Restock and move between active cook lines efficiently
• Complete cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time
• Meet minimum food prep requirements
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to meet guest expectations
