The restaurant is under new management and we are looking for motivated and eager individuals for all positions in our Kalispell, MT location. If you have worked with us in the past or are starting a new career with us, we welcome you to apply. Previous employment history at HuHot that may be considered questionable will not necessarily disqualify you from consideration should you decide to reapply.
ScheduleEnjoy three days off while keeping full time hours and benefits. Flexible scheduling with the ability to work up to 40 hours in a 4‑day workweek. Weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) is a must. You do not have to work all of them, but we need your expertise during our busiest shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate a commercial dish machine
- Manage safe use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing
- Re‑stock and move effortlessly between active cook lines
- Complete cleaning and organizing duties accurately and on time
- Minimum food prep requirements
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety - Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work positively in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player
- Ability to be on feet and alert for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Continuous use of hands and arms
- Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
- Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
