About the Role
REIC Rentals is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our Flathead Valley territory. The role focuses on building strong relationships with current and future customers, driving sales, uncovering opportunities, and helping customers find the right equipment solutions for their toughest projects.
Key Responsibilities- Scout and pursue new project opportunities through research, outreach, and digital channels.
- Forge lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to unlock long‑term value.
- Design and execute sales initiatives aligned with growth and profitability goals.
- Develop compelling pricing proposals and close deals that benefit both the customer and REIC.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to monitor sales performance and maximize ROI.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and job sites to maintain strong market visibility.
- Partner with inside sales, service, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- 3‑5+ years of proven success in outside sales, focused on new business development and customer engagement within the equipment rental, construction, or related industries.
- Experience with cold calling, territory expansion, and account growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and business acumen to drive profitable growth.
- Persistence and follow‑through; stay organized, close the loop, and make things happen.
- Team‑player attitude; collaborate with inside sales and operations to deliver results.
- Solid equipment or construction industry knowledge and curiosity to keep learning.
- Commitment to safety, integrity, and excellence in every interaction.
