We are seeking a motivated and energetic Powersports Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles, and thrives in a customer-focused, results-driven environment. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the buying experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom and lot
• Understand and explain features of Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Beta motorcycles/ATVs/UTVs.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Accurately complete sales paperwork and documentation
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Keep showroom clean, organized, and stocked with updated product displays

• Previous sales experience (automotive or powersports preferred)
• Knowledge and passion for powersports vehicles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement preferred

• Experience with Lightspeed DMS or other dealer management systems
• Montana Motor Vehicle Sales License (or ability to obtain)

• Competitive base pay + commission
