We’re looking for passionate, reliable professionals for roles such as:

• Delivery Driver (CDL & Non CDL)
• CDL A Delivery Drivers
• Delivery & Logistics Champion
• Customer Service & Merchandising Pro
• Physical & Technical Expert

• Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver Pepsi products across assigned local routes.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and complete route paperwork/invoicing.
• Manage product accountability and settlements with precision.
• Be the face of our locally owned business at every stop.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Stock shelves, build attractive displays, set up in-store promotions, and rotate products.
• Troubleshoot issues on the spot to keep customers satisfied.
• Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks.
• Perform heavy lifting (60‑85 lbs.) in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Use handheld devices to track deliveries and ensure accuracy.

• Valid Class A CDL (no restrictions).
• Ability to drive a manual transmission tractor.
• Clean MVR and commitment to safe driving.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, pull, and move quickly.
• Customer‑service driven, organized, accurate, and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
