Service & Lot Technician

Under the supervision of the Yard Manager, the Service and Lot Technician is responsible for service operations and doing related work as required.

• As a Service and Lot Technician you will help maintain the lot/grounds.
• Serve as back-up delivery driver when needed.
• Assist with washing & detailing machines/boats and assisting technicians.
• Completes snow removal tasks such as shoveling and plowing as needed during winter months.
• Drive repaired units from service lot to parking lot for customers.
• Performs general grounds maintenance when required.
• Towing boats in and out of storage upon customer's requests.
• Offloading freight trucks with forklift and loading dock.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate various types of power equipment, including lawnmowers, weed trimmers, forklifts, tractors, trucks, and a variety of hand and powered equipment.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• 1+ Power Sports and Tractor Operations (Preferred)
• Experience Towing Trailers and Boats
• Driver’s license (Required)
• Clean Driving Record
• High School diploma or GED (Required)

Full-Time;
Hourly; 40 hrs./wk. Monday-Friday;
