Responsibilitie s :

- Act as the Factory IT Lead responsible for operational excellence, infrastructure reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and execution of Corporate IT standards and initiatives while ensuring seamless support to business and manufacturing operations.

Oversee user support operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests through established helpdesk processes.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, communication systems, and enterprise applications within the manufacturing facility.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems supporting business and factory operations.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices to safeguard organizational assets and information.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and data protection guidelines.
Plan and execute IT upgrades, patch management, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure improvements with minimal operational impact.
Monitor system performance, capacity utilization, and infrastructure health, taking proactive measures to prevent service disruptions.
Work closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and business departments to identify and resolve IT-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, configurations, support activities, and infrastructure documentation.
Prepare and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures, user guides, and support materials.
Coordinate internal and external IT audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
Support business continuity initiatives, including backup management, disaster recovery planning, and periodic testing activities.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and support partners to ensure quality service delivery.
Train, coach, and develop IT team members while promoting accountability, ownership, and service excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve IT operational efficiency, infrastructure stability, security posture, and support processes.
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, infrastructure enhancements, and system deployments.
Prepare operational reports, compliance reports, and infrastructure performance metrics for management review.
Demonstrate a proactive and forward-thinking approach towards technology management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
