Reporting to the Accounting Manager, your role involves utilizing your Quick Books Online expertise and organizational skills to uphold financial integrity across various revenue streams in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain diverse accounting records for departments

• Execute daily POS and payment reconciliations

• Record revenue accurately across various sources

• Reconcile General Ledger and resolve any discrepancies

• Manage journal entries and closing support

Requirements:

• One year of bookkeeping or accounting experience required

• Expertise in Quick Books Online is necessary

• Experience in multi-revenue environments is valuable

• Strong financial and Excel skills are required

• Ability to focus on multiple priorities with attention to detail
