You will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and developing strong client relationships. Your expertise with cloud accounting software, such as Quick Books Online and Xero, will be valuable in navigating complex financial landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full cycle bookkeeping and payroll for clients

• Prepare and maintain payroll and related government filings

• Set up client files and assist in budget completion

• Monitor and reconcile GL accounts and cash transactions

• Investigate discrepancies and develop resolutions with supervisors

Requirements:

• 1 year of full cycle bookkeeping experience

• Knowledge of cloud accounting software like QBO or Xero

• Understanding of various tax principles and processes

• Certificate or diploma in business administration is an asset

• Experience with desktop bookkeeping software is beneficial
