Position: Toronto Accounts Payable Contract Role
Join Cassels in Toronto as an Accounts Payable Specialist on a 6-month contract. You'll play a vital role in processing invoices, expense reports, and maintaining high accuracy in financial operations.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, your responsibilities will involve supporting various financial processes under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor. This position requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with Chrome River, and advanced Excel skills. You will help ensure seamless financial operations while contributing to system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate invoices and expense reports entered into Chrome River

• Conduct account reconciliations and statement resolution

• Collaborate with team members on timely expense disbursements

• Support financial system implementations and related projects

• Maintain organized records of transactions and adherence to policies

Requirements:

• Diploma or post-secondary education in Accounting

• 3 to 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to adjust to new tasks in a dynamic environment

• High attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
