Position: Accounting Administrator for Outdoor Resort
Work as an Accounting Administrator at Manning Park Resort and combine financial expertise with a lifestyle surrounded by nature. This permanent role offers a harmonious blend of work and outdoor life.

You will be an integral part of the finance team, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This full-time position focuses on key accounting functions while enabling you to enjoy the great outdoors. Candidates must demonstrate proactivity and meticulous attention to detail in a multi-revenue environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily POS transaction activity for accuracy

• Ensure revenue posting completeness across resort operations

• Maintain General Ledger accounts using Quick Books Online

• Post journal entries and participate in month-end closing

• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and monitoring

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience

• Expert proficiency in Quick Books Online and relevant POS systems

• Solid understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes

• Strong Excel abilities for working with data

• High organizational skills and keen attention to detail
