Position: Accounting Co-op Internship at MNP

This internship is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a concentration in accounting or finance. You will deepen your technical knowledge across various areas, including audits and tax practices. As part of MNP's Assurance & Accounting team, your contributions will solidify client relationships and enhance their financial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain skills in compilations, audits, and bookkeeping

• Familiarize with accounting principles like IFRS and GAAP

• Set-up and manage client files efficiently

• Conduct financial assessments and audits professionally

• Prepare detailed reports and client presentations

Requirements:

• Enrolled in bachelor's degree, commerce or business

• Working towards CPA prerequisites

• Prior experience in accounting preferred

• Strong customer service skills are an asset

• Experience with accounting software is beneficial
