• Process accounts payable invoices efficiently and accurately

• Prepare weekly EFTs in both Canadian and US funds

• Reconcile petty cash and mileage claims

• Manage purchasing card and utility statement reconciliations

• Explain accounting queries to staff and the public

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and one-year post-secondary accounting course

• Minimum two years in a computerized accounting environment

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
