The role requires managing daily reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and assisting with financial reports. With a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail, you’ll also oversee accounts receivable and payable while contributing to a positive workplace culture within the resort community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile transactions across different platforms

• Prepare and post all necessary journal entries

• Handle accounts receivable invoicing and tracking

• Process accounts payable accurately and timely

• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure financial compliance

Requirements:

• 1 year of applicable accounting experience

• Proficient in Quick Books Online

• Familiar with POS systems like Clover or Silverware

• Solid Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong organizational and attention to detail
