BDO Canada is looking for a talented Manager for its Financial Reporting & Insights team. You will direct financial reporting efforts, enabling private businesses to achieve their goals through accurate compilations and tax compliance. A successful candidate should possess a CPA and have 2-3 years of Manager experience in public accounting, emphasizing excellence and efficiency in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial compilation engagements for accuracy and quality

• Review tax returns and prepare engaging working papers

• Mentor team members, ensuring high professional standards

• Manage budgets and project timelines efficiently

Requirements:

• CPA certification required

• Minimum 2-3 years as a Manager in public accounting

• Extensive experience in financial reporting and tax

• Proficiency in Caseware, Sage, Quick Books, and Excel
