Your role will focus on guiding your team, developing key business relationships, and executing various client engagements. You’ll also ensure projects are delivered on time while maximizing engagement profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and manage team assignments

• Conduct coaching and performance development for team members

• Participate in recruitment and talent assessment

• Analyze and review tax documentation for accuracy

• Drive profitability strategies and improve service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting/assurance

• Strong understanding of tax and accounting principles

• Proven time management and organizational skills

• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient with applicable software and tools
