Position: Full-Time Bookkeeper BC

As a Bookkeeper, you will support key financial operations by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and generating necessary reports. Candidates should possess two years of post-secondary education in Bookkeeping or Accounting, along with relevant experience in AP, AR, and Payroll. You will also assist in responding to inquiries and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code financial documents to appropriate accounts

• Maintain records by posting and reconciling transactions

• Prepare and issue invoices; follow up on payments

• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain financial accuracy

• Support audits by preparing documentation and reports

Requirements:

• 2 years post-secondary education in Bookkeeping or Accounting

• 2 years relevant experience in AP, AR, and Payroll

• Criminal background check required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
