In this role, you’ll play a primary role in keeping our sales and service operations running smoothly while delivering a qualitative customer experience:
- Prepare accurate quotes and invoices for customer orders and service work.
- Collaborate closely with field technicians and account managers to validate client details and ensure quote accuracy.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to services, billing, and documentation.
- Manage administrative processes including technical report editing, recordkeeping, and document filing.
- Maintain a high standard of internal and external customer service in every interaction.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to Branch and Regional teams as needed.
- Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies, procedures, and best practices in all activities.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service or administrative environment (industrial, construction, or technical service industry preferred).
- An educational background in fire protection, construction, business administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and client-focused.
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Certificate of Conduct.
