At Pacific Quorum, you will assist Property Managers with day-to-day administrative functions for assigned properties. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Experience with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential, while familiarity with Yardi or Condo Manager is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, edit, and format important documents
• Support property managers with daily administrative tasks
• Manage Annual and Special General Meeting notices
• Post updates to online website portals
• Oversee calendar management for property activities
Requirements:
• Proven administrative experience in a property setting
• Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and customer service focused
