Elevate operational efficiency as a Maintenance Scheduler in the Pulp and Paper sector with Kruger.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, your role as a Maintenance Scheduler is integral to the operations 'll manage complex schedules, oversee communication between stakeholders, and support the implementation of the Maintenance schedule. A significant aspect of your role involves applying the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement effectively throughout your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily and weekly Maintenance schedules
• Manage vacation requests and communicate coverage
• Support safety initiatives and track statistics
• Maintain coverall inventory and oversee service providers
• Facilitate ongoing communications with employees and the Union
Requirements:
• Diploma in Administration or equivalent
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and UKG
• Experience in unionized environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
