This position is integral to the daily operations, where you will perform varied administrative tasks. Responsibilities include reception duties, client appointment scheduling, and data entry. You will also assist in managing supplies and ensuring equipment is maintained, contributing to effective health service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front-line reception and client inquiries

• Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients

• Conduct data entry with accuracy and professionalism

• Prepare and maintain reports for administrative use

• Help manage medical supply cleanliness and inventories

Requirements:

• High school diploma and office administration certificate

• At least one year of related work experience

• Typing speed of 40 nwpm or more

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Effective communication in professional settings
