In this vital role, you will provide extensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring they remain focused and prepared for all engagements. Your proactive approach will involve managing complex schedules, coordinating strategic events, and enhancing administrative efficiencies. Building strong relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders will be essential for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the CEO is prepared via briefings and scheduling
• Oversee complex meetings and travel planning
• Manage sensitive issues with sound judgment
• Streamline administrative processes for effectiveness
• Monitor and forecast the Office budget and expenses
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• Minimum ten years of related administrative experience
• At least five years supporting senior executives
• Strong skills in calendar and event coordination
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Deliver high-level administrative support while improving service delivery and efficiency for the CEO in Kamloops.
