In this key position, you will support the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with various department leaders to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating travel, and maintaining complex administrative functions. You will also play a pivotal role in applying the Collective Bargaining Agreement effectively in all scheduling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily maintenance scheduling and time-off requests
• Manage vacation requests across multiple departments
• Drive safety initiative tracking and communications
• Maintain coverall inventory and related service management
• Plan and facilitate departmental meetings as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma in Administration or similar field
• 3-5 years administrative experience required
• Competence in Microsoft Office, SAP, and UKG
• Familiarity with Collective Agreements
• Strong independent work and communication skills
